I’m a milkshake addict but it needs to be super thick and chocolate. This extra thick milkshake is from Byron, the best hamburger place in London (Islington branch pictured above). I don’t have the Byron recipe but here is another one you can try and adapt to your own taste.
1 cup (2 big scoops) of Haagen Daaz ice cream
½ cup cold milk
2 to 3 tablespoons malted milk powder (depending on how malt-y tasting you like it)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let me know if you have any great milkshake recipes (must be thick enough for a straw to stand straight up in it).
